Valentines Dinner In

Valentines Day Dinner at Home!

I know a lot of us don't have money to go out on a fancy dinner date, so I'm gonna show you guys a yummy recipe you can make at home for your boyfriend (or girlfriend!) that doesn't cost too much and is pretty easy to make! With that being said, let's get started!

Spaghetti and Cheese Bombs!

Spaghetti Ingredients:
1/2 pound spaghetti noodles
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
(for additional flavor add ingredients below)
2 garlic cloves, minced
Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
1/2 can of black olive halves

Spahetti Directions:
1. In a large pot, boil water
2. Once at a boil, add spaghetti noodles and put on medium heat
3. Get your garlic, black pepper, and black olives ready
3. Once the noodles are soft, turn off the stove and drain noodles in a strainer
4. Pour noodles back in the pot, and add your spaghetti sauce
5. Stir well, and add in garlic and black olive
6. Add freshly ground black pepper to taste

And you're all done with the spaghetti, how simple was that?

Now for your cheese bombs! (yum, the best part!)

Cheese Bomb Ingredients:
1 container Pillsbury Grands flaky layers biscuits
3/4 pound mozzarella
 1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp oregano/italian seasoning
Dash of salt

Cheese Bomb Directions:
1. Open biscuits, and flatten them out on a baking sheet
2. Cube mozzarella into 2 inch chunks
3. Put 2 or three chunks of mozzarella onto half of the biscuits, and take the other half and place it on top of the mozzarella, making sure to mush the biscuits together to seal the cheese inside!
4. Brush your bombs with olive oil
5. Add a sprinkle of parmesan and seasoning
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until they are golden and firm

And don't be surprised if some of that cheesy goodness melts out of the sides of the biscuits, that just makes it even better!

I hope this was helpful to some of you!
